    "content": "Sometimes, landlords say they have repaired their houses with a lot of money so they do not have money to pay tax, but they still make money. The Government is forced to apply for loans outside the country for development projects. The Commissioner-General should use technology and employ detectives who can go round buying things from those who do not give receipts. They will arrest so many people. As a result, tax will be paid throughout the year so that we can get money to build roads and hospitals and to educate our children. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support the Bill."
