    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, you remember that in 2007, the annual growth of this country was 7.1 per cent. We messed up things in 2008 when we refused to accept the results of the General Elections. We refused to petition those results, called for mass action and said that we wanted to make the country ungovernable. The GDP growth went down from 7.1 per cent to 1.7 per cent. I am happy that now again, we are now at 7 per cent. Hopefully, if we continue at that rate, we will reach 8 per cent. For that, we are grateful to His Excellency the President as the Head of State and Government."
