    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I would also wish to support this Bill because without paying taxes, we cannot function as a country. I am happy that everyone in Kenya is being taxed. Kenya is one of the highest taxed countries in the world. As MPs, we are taxed. Therefore, this is a timely Bill. We want our taxes to be used prudently. I also want to point out that there is something called illicit financial flows which include tax evasions by multinationals and big commercial entrepreneurs.
