    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker and the Mover for giving me this chance. I just want to reiterate the importance of this Bill in ensuring that there is consistency and efficiency in the administration and tax laws and also ensuring effective and efficient collection of tax. With this in mind, I am thinking about the county governments that are currently collecting revenue. This revenue is a lot and it should be brought back to the national level so that it is channeled back to other projects that are important in the country. Most of this revenue that is collected by counties is never accounted for and it is never known what it does."
