    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for extending what we call the Chancellor’s Foot to allow just a quick intervention on the petition that has been brought by the Member for Mathira. It is, indeed, important that the strategic reserves consider long-life milk and also the powdered milk, and there are very good reasons for that - the distribution in the country, the employment and the value-addition. So, this is to urge the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives to give that petition the due concern that it desires and to hope that there will be improved dairy farming in our country as one of the areas in which we can earn more money. Thank you."
