    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. The petition by the Member for Mathira is very important. It is not just a petition that is affecting the people of Mathira. I would like the Committee to look at other milk producing areas. It will be good to extend it to other areas, especially the constituency I represent. We produce a lot of milk and we are thankful to His Excellency the President.
