    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity. I am in the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Co-operatives. Previously, in the Ministry of Co-operatives where I was a secretary, this was one of the agenda. I would like to mention to the petitioner that, ordinarily, the New KCC does this sort of thing. We have also very many other milk co-operatives. So, it will also be good for Githunguri farmers to think of forming a processing co-operative by themselves with the assistance of the Government. I am sure this will go a long way to assist. Thank you."
