Kenya has got a lot of rainfall throughout the year. So, it is possible that we can extend this service to many parts of the country. The Agricultural Development Corporation (ADC) was financing it but nowadays, something seems to have happened and they are no longer doing it. I would just like to encourage the Committee to look at this in great depth so that we can rear more dairy animals in the country, and get more products for export as a country."
