I beg to move that the Motion for agreement with the Report of the Committee of the whole House on its consideration of the Magistrates’ Courts Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 40 of 2015) be amended by inserting the words “subject to re-committal of Clause 8.” That, Clause 8 of the Bill be amended:- (a) In sub-clause (1) ---"
