    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I know that even if I oppose the reservations expressed by the President, my wish will not go through. However, we need to realise that in this country, we have Module II students and regular students. It is a fact that for parents to enlist their children in the Module II programme, they must have considered their financial position. The purpose of this amendment is to ensure that the regular students, who have no choice, are given priority. It is unfortunate that there are reservations. This is an amendment which should not have been carried through."
