    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. The people of this country need justice to be close to them. To split this process into two parts for one court to determine that there has been a violation of justice is unnecessary. If that role is assigned to the Magistrates’ Courts, it is in order. The matter of compensation, as it has been indicated, can be sought at a higher level. This makes things easier for the people in terms of accessing justice. I support the amendment."
