    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support the Member for Wajir 100 per cent. As Hon. Naomi Shaban has said, right now doctors and nurses are running away and teachers have run away from the North Eastern region because of terrorism. At least, if we have some young people with degrees in social sciences, they can take up these jobs. We can also do in-house training. When I graduated from university, I was told that when you have a degree it means that you are trainable in almost any job. So, we could do three or six months’ in-house training because it is a junior position and it is not like being a magistrate or a judge. In Kenya, we should not just do things according to how other countries do them but we should look at the situation in our country. The people of North Eastern region have suffered for long and we should accord them some fair play. Later on, we can review the law. Thank you."
