    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I strongly oppose this further amendment because I am not seeing the use of us having 1,450 small courts. With 290 to start with, we will be able to clear backlogs. When we go to the ward level, we will have 1,450 small courts and yet we are always complaining of the huge wage bill."
