Borrowing from what the Chairman was saying, Public Service is going to be Public Service in the Republic of Kenya. These lawyers with three years of practice should be prepared to serve anywhere in the Republic including Wajir, Mandera and many other parts of this country. It is Public Service. There is no reason for that amendment. I oppose it."
