    "content": "I beg to move:- THAT, clause 26 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (3) by deleting the word “had” appearing immediately after the words “on the claim” and substituting therefor the word “has”; (b) in sub-clause (5) by deleting the expression “, (3) or (4)” appearing immediately after the expression “(1), (2)” and substituting therefor the expression “or (3)”. We are seeking to correct grammatical errors contained in that Clause which is using past tense instead of present tense. We are also seeking to correct references to sub-clauses within the Clause itself."
