    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 41 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1)— (i) in the prefatory statement by deleting the word “its” appearing immediately after the words “party or on” and substituting therefor the words “his or her”; (ii) by inserting the following paragraph immediately after paragraph (d)— “(e) new facts previously not before the Court have been discovered by either of the parties.” (b) in sub-clause (2) by inserting the words “or such other period as the Court may allow” immediately after the word “reviewed”."
