    "content": "commencement of this Act, prescribe the code of conduct applicable to an adjudicator. We are seeking to allow the Chief Justice to prescribe a code of conduct for the adjudicators who are going to be very many. If there is no code of conduct to regulate the manner in which they run their courts, we may have serious integrity problems with regard to these courts. So, we are suggesting that the Chief Justice, within six months of the commencement of this Act, will prescribe a code of conduct that will govern the adjudicators."
