    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I want to support this amendment. There are several registrars in the courts. It is good when each section of the court, like in this case the Court of Appeal, has its own registrar who is responsible. A registrar is an equivalent of a Principal Secretary in a Ministry. There should be a registrar who can administer that particular court. I support."
