    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Speaker yesterday did remind us, as Parliament, to concentrate on the reforms that are necessary to avoid side shows. I just want to call on us, as Members of Parliament, to really dedicate our time to doing something for the country. We have been preoccupied with the issue of the ICC Six and it is okay for friends and relatives of the Ocampo Six to empathize with them, but Government machinery and resources cannot be deployed on the defence of the ICC Six forgetting the IDPs who the President did not even mention yesterday and their resettlement. We cannot forget those who died and those who are languishing in camps. We cannot forget that the issue of justice is balancing the competing interests. The victims need justice. The behavior of the Government regarding the matter does not inspire confidence in the majority of Kenyans and in me as well, that it is capable of letting a tribunal in Kenya handle the matters."
