    "content": "THAT, Clause 27 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub clause (1) by deleting the words “adopted by the Court” appearing immediately after the word “policy” and substituting therefor the words “determined by the Commission”; (b) by deleting sub clause (2). Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the import of this amendment is to subject the judges of the Court of Appeal to a transfer policy that has been put in place by the JSC, as the body charged with the responsibility of promoting the welfare of the members of the Judiciary, so that we do not have arbitrary transfers that do not follow a particular policy."
