    "content": "However, we still have a big problem with regard to staffing in our schools. Teachers in most of the schools are inadequate. If you go to rural schools, you will find that in some schools we have as low as three teachers manning eight classrooms. All of you have gone to schools and you can understand that three teachers manning eight classes cannot successfully perform the job they are supposed to do. That is another issue that the Government and the relevant Ministry must ensure that it is improved within the shortest time possible. In fact, there are teachers in the countryside but the problem is that the Government has not given enough money in the Budget. We are now about to come up with a new Budget and I expect the Government will allocate funds to employ more teachers in the next financial year. That is very important."
