    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am rising on Standing Order No.45 which provides that the Senate Majority Leader shall issue a Statement as he is about to do now. I want to draw your attention to an intervention, which I made a few weeks ago. I drew the attention of the Chair that the Senate Majority Leader had failed to issue a Statement. It is in the HANSARD. If the Senate Majority Leader will be expected to be as candid and honest as I am, he will remember that day when he failed to issue a Statement and then apologise."
