    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the matter that the Senator has raised is very serious. I chair the Board of the Africa Cancer Foundation and we have done a baseline survey in ten counties in this country. We have also already done screening exercise in ten counties; screening about 13,000 Kenyans. We are screening mainly three types of cancers; cervical cancer, prostate cancer and breast cancer. But in the survey, we used index cards in hospitals to find out the prevalence of other cancers in this country. I want to give the following statistics to underscore the point that Sen.
