    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the matter that is being raised in the House in terms of the business and the seriousness with which we should address it, is very deep. It is not a matter that we will address in this kind of forum. I propose that going forward; we organize a Kamukunji where we can address specifically the matter of attendance and participation. Further, we address the matter of committees and how they carry out their business because what we are seeing in this House is also being reflected in the committees.
