    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, on behalf of the Chairperson of Standing Committee on Roads and Transportation, Sen. Chiaba, I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Standing Committee on Roads and Transportation on visits to Lamu and Nakuru Counties, laid on the table of the House on Wednesday, 29th July, 2015. This Report documents the visits by the Senate Standing Committee on Roads and Transportation to the two counties of Lamu and Nakuru during the months of May and June 2015, respectfully. The visits were undertaken in fulfillment of the constitutional role of the Senate, as articulated in Article 96 of the Constitution and in exercise of the mandate of the Committee as provided for under the Senate Standing Orders."
