    "content": "We move the House to agree with the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee that, indeed, the Government Proceedings (Amendments) Bill as passed by the Senate, be passed in the same manner by this National Assembly. I call Hon. Munuve, who sits in the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee and who today, has had occasion to represent me at the Supreme Court’s Open Day with the Chief Justice because I am now standing in for the Chairman, to again stand in for the Vice-Chair and to second this Bill.
