    "content": "The old title of the Bill was “The Physical Planning Bill”. When we went for discussions, it was very difficult to agree on the title because the letter and spirit of the Constitution talks about land use planning. So, we are yet to agree on the finality of that but we will have to change so that the same alters and reflects the need of the Constitution."
