    "content": "With those remarks, I would like to invite Members to go through this Bill and not to be scared or imagine that there is anybody who is doing a very bad thing to Kenyans by proposing this Bill. It is a reasonable Bill, and as a member of the Departmental Committee on Lands we are going through it clause by clause. We are also inviting Members to pay close attention. If you feel there are things that we need to amend in this Bill before we pass it, propose them so that we can pass a good Bill for Kenyans."
