On behalf of the Departmental Committee on Lands and pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.127(4), I wish to present to the House the Report of the Committee on its consideration of the Physical Planning Bill, 2015. The Bill was committed to the Committee on 19th of August, 2015 and it is on this basis that the Committee makes this Report pursuant to Standing Order No.127. It is also important to note that the Committee tabled this Report on 14th October, 2015."
