    "content": "This Bill also talks about community land, and states clearly how county governments will plan grazing areas and settlements. As pastoralists we need grazing areas and watering points for our animals. They should plan wildlife corridors. During dry spells wild animals move to high lands and during rainy season they go low lands. So, this Bill should provide for planning of corridors for wild animals and livestock. This is very important, especially in my constituency."
