    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the opportunity to contribute on this very important Bill. I take this opportunity to thank and congratulate Hon. Priscilla Nyokabi, Advocate, for a serious job well done and for trying to put in place what has been very contentious for many years. Article 35 of the Constitution was supported by Kenyans overwhelmingly when they passed the new Constitution. Kenyans wanted to have access to information. Information is very key.
