    "content": "Lastly, we hope that the passage of this Bill will also ensure that we do not move ten steps backward. We need to move forward. The Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government is very sensitive. We should not come out in the public panicking and arresting journalists because they have exposed something that should not have been exposed. We need to find a way of ensuring that information goes to public use. It will ensure that the country and the citizens know what is going on. Otherwise, Kenyans have a perception that there is corruption in the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government under the pretext of hiding state secrets.
