    "content": "Thank you. Exempt information is critical. We have information that might be a threat to the security of this country. Hon. Nyokabi, I am happy that this Bill has provided for where there is some information that is detrimental as far as national security is concerned, and which cannot just be given out to the public. We also have issues of privacy. I have seen some medical reports for private cases. You do not have to access such private information. I am happy that this Bill has taken care of it. At least, now, the media is protected. It should be able to bring that information that is going to be for the public good. No one is going to harass them, but they must be objective."
