    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. As I second this Bill, from the outset, I would to say that information is power. If we make this information available we will be empowering the whole community. If people had the right information at the right time, most of us would not be where we are. For example, looking at the Constitution 2010, if most of the people were given the right to information at the right time, we would not be where we are with the new Constitution. If we had information on counties and what is expected of us in terms of numbers, we would not have voted for this Constitution without making the necessary amendments."
