    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Bill and congratulate the Mover, Hon. Priscilla Nyokabi, who has remained true to her calling, and also pass the sentiments of Hon. Millie Odhiambo who says that she has been very supportive of this for quite a long time. Those of us who have a civil society background have an agenda to continue to advance which made us to come to this august House for the interest of Kenyans. The other issue on this Bill under Clause 29 is timelines. If you look at an information access officer, you will realise that the individual has five days to determine whether he or she needs to pass over that responsibility to another information access officer and seven days to report back to the applicant.
