    "content": "We have also been treated to a very interesting scenario where the Commission Chair has written to the President asking that the PS, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries be sacked. Ministries, Departments and Agencies seem not to be responding to requests from the CAJ to provide information on why they are not taking certain actions to accrue benefit to service delivery to the public. We need to look at that. Now that we are giving them new powers, we need to also ask ourselves whether we also need to ensure that they get more funding through Parliament, so that they can occasion the execution of such mandate thereof."
