    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. This has been a long race and it has been finished by the last baton holder, Hon. Priscilla Nyokabi. I want to congratulate her for her spirited effort. I want to thank the teams like the ICJ, the Institute for Social Accountability and Article 19. I remember sponsoring this Bill in the 10th Parliament and we are all very happy that it has gone through. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Hon. Nyokabi and others, we are all Members of the African Parliamentarians Network Against Corruption (APNAC) and we have been proudly saying in conferences that we have succeeded. Thank you very much and it is a great day."
