    "content": "1. The Committee should notify the nominees and the general public of the time and place for holding the approval hearings in good time. The notification should, therefore, be made immediately, and 2. The Committee should thereafter, commence the necessary approval hearings and prepare their report for submission to the House within the required timelines. Hon. Members, since the 21-day period accorded to the House for consideration of the proposed appointments will expire on Tuesday, 15th December 2015 the House Business Committee (HBC) will guide the House, at a later stage, on when the House will sit to consider the approval Motion. The House is accordingly guided."
