Deputy Speaker, I beg to lay the following Paper on the Table of the House today, Tuesday, 24th November 2015: The Report of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives on the inquiry into the impoundment of the consignment of fertilizer imported by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries through the National Cereals and Produce Board which was impounded by the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS).
