    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the hon. Assistant Minister has said that opening of the airport is going to ease access to the whole region, which is true. She also says the Ministry of Tourism is engaging local tourism industry players by financing tourism facilities through loans from the Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) and funding of community-based tourism projects. However, the complaints of the local people is that those who are being financed are not from the region. Could she kindly table before the House the identities of the persons who have been financed through the Kenya Tourism Development Corporation, or who have been funded through the Tourism Trust Fund?"
