    "content": "This Fund will also address the question of security. We want to see the Fund we are proposing, address issues of security in our nation, whether it is building police stations, chiefs’ offices, accommodation for prison officers, accommodation for police officers, it will do that. As we do that, we shall not be limited to education and security. We are also proposing in this Bill that there is going to be a very robust way of addressing social security. We want to see this new Bill addressing the issue of social security and the inequities found in our society. This Fund should come to the rescue of our people."
