    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I would like to thank the Chair of the CDF Committee for donating a minute to me. I would also like to thank the Committee for a job well done. The CDF is the only fund whose impact is felt in constituencies across the country. It is properly structured and has proper monitoring systems. It is a good move that the Bill allows the chairs of the committees to be in charge of the fund managers, and check on wastage in the CDF. The CDF is felt deeply in the villages because it works.
