    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, a number of ordinary Kenyans deposited their money into the bank which they need access to for their day to day use. Some have children in school and some may need that money for any other purpose. What measures has the CBK and the national Treasury put in place to rescue and remedy people in that category who deposited their money and suddenly discovered that the bank had been closed, yet they want to eat, dress and do all that pertains to the usage of their money? Was there any provision for intervention by the CBK and the national Treasury for the sake of the depositors with the bank, so that they do not perceive themselves as if they harmed anybody?"
