    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I will be at your mercy. This Statement has been in the Order Paper for about seven weeks now and it has been five weeks since we buried the young man in question. The family and country has been waiting to know the circumstances under which he lost his life. This Statement was supposed to have been issued by the Chairperson of the Committee on Health, but you ordered – because of the weight of the matter – that the Senate Majority Leader takes the responsibility to issue the Statement. You even reiterated last week that it must be given this week. I think you need to make some tough ruling against the leadership on the other side.
