I do accept your order, deferring the items on the Order Paper which I believe is so because there is no quorum in the House for us to go to division. I have not seen anywhere in the Standing Orders that we should defer voting because there is no quorum in the House. I would really like your guidance on this so that we can continue with our business of division in the House irrespective of whether there is quorum or not."
