"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the success of any economy and the continued investor confidence in our capitalist system is based on the sanctity of a title deed against which banks offer loans. I am glad the Prime Minister brought up the issue of investor confidence. The Minister for Lands has been casually going around nationalizing peopleâs properties without offering any compensation, thus exercising powers that he does not have by saying that he is revoking title deeds. Could the Prime Minister clarify whether he is aware that this is undermining investor confidence in this country?"
