Indeed, there was not so much to say because we already debated this Bill during its Second Reading. We are all in agreement that this nation has to remain orderly. For us to remain orderly, we have to stick to the provisions of the Third Schedule of the Constitution. I also thank Hon. Chris Wamalwa for saving the time of this House because we are all in agreement. Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I thank the whole House. I beg to reply."
