The Attorney- General is saying that those amendments are also an overhaul of the entire Act. While this is so, there are proposed amendments to the enabling Act. He is asking why this Parliament has decided to bring those amendments which the parent Ministry and the State Corporation concerned, which is the institutional Commission, do not know."
