Wamunyinyi is safeguarding unknown peculiar interests on the Floor of this House. It is important for this House and the country to realise that we have institutions like the Competition Authority of Kenya (CAK), which is charged with the responsibility of determining the dominant player. It is not the business of this House to decide who is dominant and who is not. We should leave that responsibility to the CAK."
