Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended in the Schedule— (c) in the proposed amendment to Section 30 of the Judicial Service Act, 2011 by deleting the proposed amendment to subsection (3) and substituting therefor the following new provision in its proper numerical sequence— Provision Amendment s. 30 Delete subsection (3) and substitute therefor the following— (3) The provisions of this section shall apply to the appointment of the Chief Justice and Deputy Chief Justice except that— (a) the Secretary shall, within three days of the Commission’s vote, forward the names of three qualified persons for each vacant position to the President"
